Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your VO₂FLOW order.

 

UNOPENED POUCHES 

If you are not satisfied with your order, unopened and unused pouches can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

 

OPENED POUCHES 

For hygiene reasons, opened pouches cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is faulty or damaged.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at support@vo2flow.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will resolve it promptly.

 

How to Return

Contact us at support@vo2flow.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

 

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.
